They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. St... read more
