Mr Kenneth is a very good person and better manger. He is getting stuff done around here and I really appreciate him...nothing happens over night....but he is doing a very very good job as a manager.... Please keep him
I live at Jenkins lofts and the new manager has gotten things in order here before I move in and I enjoy being here and the neighbors are very nice and respectful. They have a day care center down stairs you can have pets and the park is good for the kids to play. And the manager is very nice and respectful and care about the neighbors here I give him a on the property and it's clean here and safe. Thank you skyy Williams
Our new community manager is truly God sent. It is not an easy job as you can read the previous comments on management of this property. There is alot that entails this position, and he has fulfilled all of it. Overseeing daily operations and being short staff. Basically, starting from scratch. Needing maintenance men so this place don't fall apart. Getting people out of here that do not respect the property. Enforcing the rules.
