Hands down the worst shop in polk county. They have been over charging my aunt for years. As an ase certified master mechanic I have worked on the vehicle in question. A simple oil change cost her 500$. I replaced the breaks and rotors on Monday for 400$ dollars and Jenkins charged her 3,000 dollars today sighting that they have never been changed. Group of crooks

I brought my car in for service. I had 3 fuel codes. Jenkins Lincoln had my car for 13 days. I order 2 services and diagnostic for the fuel issues. One of the services was a fuel induction service, which was done incorrectly. Jenkins charged over $1K. My car ran worse when I got it back, I barely made it home. Reggie Anderson.
