Awful experience. The place is falling apart. Service department charged for a service they couldn't even perform. Service department failed to respond to me regarding my complaint. I would never return.
Hands down the worst shop in polk county. They have been over charging my aunt for years. As an ase certified master mechanic I have worked on the vehicle in question. A simple oil change cost her 500$. I replaced the breaks and rotors on Monday for 400$ dollars and Jenkins charged her 3,000 dollars today sighting that they have never been changed. Group of crooks
