You mailed documents to an old address we knew nothing about this. Once I told Nicole this she stated that this was not her problem. They froze my savings account and took every penny. This should be illegal if they are mailing to the wrong address.

It was scary at first when I received the paper work. They gave me options and I was able to pay about a year and a half ahead of time. I have received all paper work showing paid in full. Thank You Jenkins for working with me and making this as easy as possible. No disrespect but I hope we don't have to do business again but if we do I will appreciate the same level of help then as I got this time.
