Dealing with a personal credit crisis is very stressful and embarrassing and dealing with a credit card company directly wasn’t always pleasant. Once Jenkins was appointed all my dealings with them were as pleasant as they could be given the circumstances. They were very respectful, listened to my situation and we came up with a plan that worked for all parties together. They definitely took some of the stress out of this situation that I found myself in.

The lady who help me with the arrangements she was very empathetic with my case and I felt supported! It is a very difficult time for me but her costumer service was excellent.
Mindy was very nice and helpful working with me through this situation.
I will admit I made a huge mistake ignoring the court when dealing with my situation. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay so much. But it was my fault. But the administrators at Jenkins were just doing there job. They are professionals that will treat you with respect. After 3 years of on time payments, I went back and asked if I could settle for less than the remaining amount. To my surprise, they took me through the process and saved me a few thousand.
