Jenkins KIA was a pleasure to work with. Roger Bailey, the sales associate, was outstanding as well as Jason, the sales manager. We look forward to bringing our Telluride in for service at Jenkins Kia.
I will never step in that place again. 1) The first time I was there my husband went to pick up my car I went through an oil change and a tire rotation and my tires weren't rotated. 2) Kia Sportage had a dangerous recall on my brakes. I called Jenkins and said I'd like to make an appointment because my car had a recall on the brakes. Jenkins ordered the parts called and a month later made an appointment to have the recalled parts replaced. Bait and switch.
I had new tires installed but had a problem with the rims after the tires were installed. It took some time, but Devin and the service/customer support staff came through and took care of me and I am so ecstatic. I thought I would have issues but I am very satisfied.
