After several attempts to make a service appt. I had to drive 15 miles to make one in person. I called 3 times as well as used the on line contact. I left 3 voice mails I was never called back. The online contact kept saying that someone would contact me. No one ever did. This is very bad business.
I think KIA of Crystal River could care less about its customers. My son who is staying with us during Covid went to the dealership to have his oil changed. When the mechanic (I did not say technician) replaced the oil drain plug he overtightened to the point where he cracked the oil pan. The oil needless to say leaked leaked out until it did not even register on the dip stick. When contacted the dealer sent out a wrecker to retrieve the car. Not to make an excuse, as what the mechanic did was not acceptable, however, we have experienced extremely high turnover during the last few months due to COVID.
