I left a review already, but could not edit it after my complaints were addressed. The sale went smoothly and the car was delivered, but I was not pleased to find no trunk liner or owner's manual. The car is running great and I am happier with it than on the day I bought it and the missing manual and tray were mailed to me so I have no complaints. I will mention the disappointing highway mileage on my 22 Tucson Hybrid, but I am not on the highway often so I guess I can live with it.
Pre sales service was great, but it has been over a month and I still don't have an owner's manual or trunk liner for the $25,000 I spent on a certified pre-owned Hyundai Tucson. I have been told they are out of stock, but plenty are available on eBay. From what I've read online, these things should have been included with my certified vehicle.
