I have service done on my suv today. Roger in Honda was amazing! Best service experience I’ve had in a long time. Explained everything I needed done, provided an estimate and an estimate for the time they needed. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Roger you’re the best!!
I told the service writer before he took the car no tire rotation, no air or cabin filter as I just replaced them a week ago, and no car wash. Wanted only an oil and filter change. The only thing he managed to get correct was the tire rotation. What really upset me was that he said the car was washed and by a machine. It was spotless when I brought it in plus I do not do auto car washes or use cleaners on it with color because I have ppf on the front. Went in to speak about my diminished value of my 2023 Honda civic after an older gentleman hit me last month. The gentleman in the showroom were very helpful once they were aware I knew what I was talking about and helped me come to a great resolution in getting me help. Good location and service, Buy honda!
