Jenkins Heating and Air was called after receiving an enormous cost estimate to replace my air conditioner's compressor. The other company was going to charge me almost 3 times what Jenkins Heating and Air wanted. Jenkins was honest and upfront about the fact my unit still was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Five Stars, and I will always use them in the future. ?????
i recently received service from Jenkins Heating and Air and was very unimpressed with their over all customer service. They charged me an huge amount for refrigerant they placed into my AC unit when they knew the system was leaking (amount charged: $436.50). i later learned from another AC contractor that refrigerant should not have been added when a leak was evident. The lack of refrigerant was the reason the system quit. I contacted Jenkins several times via email (twice) and via US Mail twice (once certified). It took fe... read more
Most horrible company i’ve ever had to deal with my whole life! Worst customer service and most disrespectful employees. Do not recommend to anyone at all!
