I just met with Tara today to discuss hiring her for property management. I also wanted to get some general advice on what to look for when purchasing an investment property with the plan to use it as a rental. This organization is locally owned and operated and I like that. They treat you like their only client and that is hard to find. I also really like that they are willing to customize some when the situation warrants it. No "one size fits all' plan for property owners and that is great for someone who doesn't own dozens of properties. Oh yeah and they are very competitive in price! Who doesn't like that.
