The Car Sales rep was nice . I can't remember his name because he forgot to give it me .... anyways I drove this really nice Mini Cooper Only for it to not want to start after the test drive . It didn't start 3 times ... Things Happen, I just didn't appreciate the gaslighting and stating that the car didn't start because I did not shake it .
I have purchased 8 vehicles from Jenkins in the past 10 years (most of those were due to others totaling our cars for us, but I digress). I always buy used and they purchase the best quality used cars for resale. I have been happy with every purchase. Not just happy with the vehicle, but happy with sales and service. Would like to leave 0 stars. This dealership refused to do warranty work because I did not buy my truck there. I just moved to the area and hoped to find a dealership to work with. I will definitely keep looking. I have to ask why Dodge would have a dealer who refuses to do warranty work?
After further review changing my review! Don't get me wrong Ashton was great. But service dept diagnosed as a transfer case $2600 so I decided to shop around. Found a local mechanic and they fixed it except originally that wasn't even the problem. Jenkins said definitely transfer case when in all reality it was a $70 module 😡 so they cost me $2400
