Would like to leave 0 stars. This dealership refused to do warranty work because I did not buy my truck there. I just moved to the area and hoped to find a dealership to work with. I will definitely keep looking. I have to ask why Dodge would have a dealer who refuses to do warranty work?
After further review changing my review! Don't get me wrong Ashton was great. But service dept diagnosed as a transfer case $2600 so I decided to shop around. Found a local mechanic and they fixed it except originally that wasn't even the problem. Jenkins said definitely transfer case when in all reality it was a $70 module 😡 so they cost me $2400
Not going to lie I was a little skeptical from the local town gossip. LOL, but Ashton in service department was wonderful. Friendly, polite, talked me through everything several times so that I could understand it. I was in and out in less than an hour.
