This place is a joke. Don’t bother scheduling an oil change here, they will just double or triple schedule for the same time. I was about to shop for a new truck while I waited too. Now, I will never come back to this dealership.
The sales staff was exceptional! I was in the market for an SUV and made my selection and was able to quickly come to a fair agreement on the price! I was in and out the door in minimal time.
The team is amazing. That being said Jenkins continues to nickle and dime people and that is a reason I no longer purchase vehicles at Jenkins. I took in a vehicle for a regular service ($99 - Oil and Tire rotation) and was charged a $35 shop fee on top of this. I also wanted a second key (But there should not be a shop fee on that). Jenkins continues to loose business and has a very bad reputation for auto sales within the community. The Jenkins auto group does not represent GM well in the community or overall.
Started rocky as they were wanting exorbitant priced add on packages. Luckily they were able to work with me and I was able to get a good price on my dream car. They were great to work with and super efficient once I made it to the dealer. Stephen was the man! Dustin was great. Tony the finance guy was amazing as well, made the most tedious part efficient and easy.
