We just purchased a 2025 Chevrolet traverse from them and it was the most pleasant simple and wholesome car buying experience we have ever had. We have bought cars at multiple locations of Chevrolet and I will say Jenkins 100% has them all beat by far, especially in customer service thank you to Anthony and Dustin who made this happen for us as well as having us in and out within two hours, leaving with our new car we appreciate you Jenkins.
We were unsure about going to Jenkins because there are mixed views and experiences. We have to say that our experience was as close to excellence as it gets. The only reason we are giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the finance guy that processed our paperwork. He had zero personality. He gave us zero information. After we finished signing everything, he handed us a flash drive and said, "all your paperwork is on this."
