After 8 years of unwavering loyalty to both the sales and service departments at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, I never imagined I would be writing a 1-star review. The Jenkins auto group is an aweful company to deal with I had bad experiences with 2 of there dealership one in Crystal River and one in Leesburg and when I tried to speak to the CEO tom formanak I couldn't get past his hr lady if u do business with this group check your paperwork carefully they messed mine up 3 times and the dealership in Leesburg sent me someone else's paperwork I'm talking everything!!! A sensor came loose on the front of my 2017 Hyundai Genesis. My insurance company sent an adjuster out to look at it. They said the censor we're still connected and dangling and that it wouldn't be covered that the glue had just loosened, and it needed to be reglued. I called to make an appointment to have it repaired. And they said that I would not be able to get a repair appointment, but I could bring it in and they would make an appointment to diagnose it for $200. Lives up to the reputation that most car dealerships enjoy...that is they are not very decent...to say the least. My daughter , who is not a very good negotiator was taken advantage of by the Jenkins Nissan dealership; she paid a lot of money for a car that shouId have cost her about $10,000 less. It's difficult to feel any sense of compassion for an industry that has deceived the public for so long, given the current crisis the car industry is experiencing.
