Insurance recommended these guys to repair flood damage. They came promptly and tore out all the damaged parts. Great! For the repairs, they sent a quote, but the quote included strange things like a 40 sq ft room when all the basement rooms are under 20 or over 100 sq ft. When emailed or called to get it explained or corrected, they ghosted us. This led to us having a torn up basement for months longer than necessary.
Jenke did a great job with the first service repair they performed. Looking forward to them performing additional service repairs soon.
Our garage was demolished by a fallen tree and Jenke did an excellent job in completely rebuilding and we are so pleased with the work. Yes, there were bumps along the way but they all got worked out.
