The office staff are very friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Janelle, was very knowledgeable and professional. She also took the time to explain everything she was doing, helping to alleviate my nervousness. My tooth broke a week before my wedding, and they went above and beyond to get me right in and taken care of. I would definitely recommend them. Great work!!
Our family (13yrs-45yrs) LOVES this office! The entire staff is amazing - Janelle, Jess, Madison (just to name a few) are all friendly - this place runs like clockwork. From a minor question to an office visit (working us in if needed the same day) the entire staff is very caring, thorough (you never feel rushed out) and sensitive to our needs along with following up with us after any procedure. I highly recommend this dental office!
Highly recommended! Small office with superior customer service! Dr Lee and her staff make you feel very comfortable! I have dental anxiety and hadn't seen a dentist in a few years. The team made me feel comfortable and didn't make me feel ashamed about my teeth.
BEST OF THE UP AND COMING DENTIST!!!! I just started seeing Dr. P a few months ago. I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive at first because the last ten years my teeth have literally been been on a fast train no where's due to dry mouth and health issues. I have spent between 12-$15,000 out of pocket after insurance on my teeth and seen some of the best dentists in Grand Rapids and my teeth look like crap.
