We were there North Market store around noon on Thurs 8/20...employee was on phone entire time then finally after 5 min she turned her back to us and kept talking on phone. Yes Ice cream is good there but we walked away..cashier in stall across hall just shook their head couldn't believe the horrible non service. I've worked retail 30 yrs never is that acceptable.

Really good ice cream. I love the Darkest Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Truffle. Nice people and good customer service despite the long lunch crowd 🏽
Best ice cream I’ve ever had! We ordered Frosé Sorbet, Supermoon, and Middle West Whiskey & Pecan. Sooooo good! The boyfriend was even impressed! They are pricey but super creamy and the flavors are spot on. I will definitely be ordering again! �����

Amazing! Love the flavors available!! They packed 3 pints in dry basement ceiling for our trip back to NYC! :)
