Nice price and I love their pistachios ice cream!
Jeni’s is definitely among the top ice cream spots in the Tampa Bay area. Beautifully creamy and great flavor varieties. Fresh house made waffle cones that are extra crispy! I had a Study which was 4 half scoops. I ordered the dulce de leche, blackout chocolate cake, salted PB with chocolate flecks and dough dough. Dough dough was the only one that didn’t live up to its name. All the others were great! I will be visiting again to try more flavors.
While in the line to buy two scoops of ice cream for my siblings, I heard an employee get very snippy with a customer picking up their ice cream. I was extremely caught off guard and decided not to purchase. I’ve heard such great reviews of this place but was left with a bad taste in my mouth watching the interaction.
Amaris was super kind and helpful with her menu suggestions! She took her time explaining the flavors and even wished me a happy birthday, which made the experience that much sweeter. It’s rare to come across someone that genuinely cares about making your visit special, huge shoutout to her! $12 for 2 tiny half scoops of ice cream & a water is a little crazy. Staff was nice. Ice cream was fine.
