Jeni's is THE BEST ice cream in Austin. Hands down. Wonderful staff, clean bathrooms, flavors of ice cream I'd never heard of (Brambelberry?!) and the way they support local community is inspiring. Will be back. Yes, it's more expensive than other places but for the variety, community focused, ethically sourced ingredients, they can have my money.

Major regrets. Flavors are good, staff is polite and friendly. HOWEVER, do yourself a favor and go to Amy’s, where the water is FREE (who doesn’t offer tap, seriously?) and the ice cream is fairly priced. 11 dollars for 1 scoop is a crime against humanity.
My favorite ice cream in town. I love the flavors as they're unique and delicious. Waffle cones are salty and crunchy. Sometimes there is a little wait but it's worth it! They also have a rewards program which gives good rewards periodically. Highly recommend the birthday cake flavor and the almond brittle! But there are so many to love.
