Ice cream is great but service is lacking. I. The few times we’ve stopped here either the staff is disinterested in working, or just aren’t listening. Having to repeat an order 3 times for it to still be wrong is pretty bad. May as well have bought a pint in store. At least I’d get a full scoop, not half a scoop on the wrong cone.
This location was busy when I went but the staff was moving their line pretty quickly with great customer service.
I bought these yesterday and when I tasted it, it tasted kind of funny like moose. This is after two hours of being outside the freezer. It doesn’t even melt. Ice cream melts this isn’t ice cream. This is unacceptable
