I love their ice cream. but I wish they would have more staff on the line especially during days when there are events and weekends. And there needs to at least two cashiers. Waiting in line for 30 minutes is a bit much. The cashier has to handle to go orders as well which takes away from the people that have already waited in line. It’s definitely worth the wait but turns away a lot of customers.
Have always had great experiences here! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Creative, interesting, and allergen-friendly options (non-dairy, gluten free, etc). Delicious!
