I’ve been here twice this week and these three workers Emily, Lily, and Everett and they all have been extremely nice! I think they’ve let me try every flavor I think the Sweet Crème Biscuit and Peach Jam one is the best for sure

Melia and Robynn at Jeni’s Ice Cream made my visit genuinely enjoyable. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. I had a hard time deciding (as usual), but they were so patient and gracious while I tried several mini flavors, never rushing me or making me feel like a burden. Love, love, love the brown butter almond ice cream. On a late night family outing during the week this an excellent location right off the Atlanta beltline.
I came here with a friend on Sunday, March 8 2026 around late 9pm-10pm, We were just looking over the menu to decide what we wanted to try out since we were new there, but the staff was judgmental for no reason, These two employees looked at my friend , side eyed each other, then laughed. The hell are they laughing at my friend for?? If this is how they treat newcomers, I can’t imagine their treatment of other people.
