Smooth offered a lot of help and helped me find flavors that i really liked. Great customer service!
Came here on a Sunday night and line was out the door and moving SLOWLY. The main reason for this appeared to be people going crazy on samples. They need to do something to manage that better. Even then, sorry if I'm in the minority but I think Jeni's is overrated! Sure there are interesting and rotating flavors but they aren't all hits. My wife had "popcorn brittle" and the popcorn in it was not brittle, just chewy and stale tasting.
