Came in 45 minutes before closing time, and the staff served us lazily. Half of the ice cream bar was closed. They didnt even allow sample, which my first time seeing an ice cream shop not giving any sample and I have been to Jeni multiple times. They didnt even open the restroom for the customer. The staff also seem lazy and no sense of customer service. Wouldnt recommend this Jeni place
I’ve learned where you place your money, is where you place your value. My experience today at this Jeni’s location was by far the worst and FINAL experience I’ll ever have when spending my money. I walked in w/ my children (2) and my best friend. There were no other customers, and neither of the two men were busy doing anything. We were not greeted AT ALL. I point it out.
