Needed dessert after dinner, stopped by to pickup some ice cream on the way. Friday night, 8pm, the line was out the door, but it was worth it.
The ice cream itself was good, but unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. I went inside and asked for a chocolate ice cream while I was being assisted by an employee. She walked away, and while she was gone, another employee came by and helped me get my ice cream. When the first employee returned, she was rude to me and said, “Why would you go to her when I’m helping you?” I was confused by her attitude because she had walked away, and I was simply trying to get assistance.
