The poor customer service at Jeni’s in general, overpowers the quality of the ice cream. It’s unfortunate, their employees care so little about their jobs and it shows.
I know there's a lot of ice cream places that look just like this, and have similar flavors, but where Jeni's wins is taste. This ice cream doesn't taste like everyone else's, and it doesn't taste like you're expecting when you order the flavor. They've got uniqueness and originality on their side for sure. Would 100% go back again, especially because of the value. I was nervous when I saw "mini-scoops" on the menu, but you get plenty of ice cream in these small scoops. I don't think mini is an accurate description.
The butter cake flavor is the absolute best!!! I love it here and will be back!
The ice cream is divine!! Freshly made with their homemade waffles cones/bowls to choose from. Very delicious and refreshing.
