RecommendedFresh creamy sweet Icecream with amazing flavors. I recommend the Gooey Butter Cake! Limited seating inside but plenty of seating outside. Staff is super friendly and helpful with deciding on what flavor to choose and how many scoops to get!
I absolutely love this place. Came downtown just to go there. They have a cool variety of dairy free ice cream. I'm lactose intolerant so I love it. Just moved to Decatur from Chicago. Never thought I'd see an old fashioned ice ream parlor again.

Oh so good! This was my first experience with Jeni's while visiting Chicago, and I am thrilled to see it is sold in stores near me. I ordered the Salted Carmel on a waffle cone, and OH.MY.GOD... SO GOOD! My husband ordered 4 different scoops, white chocolate with macadamian nuts, peanut butter with chocolate flakes, espresso, and pistachio on a waffle bowl, which was really cool and he loved every bite!
