Excellent help and service! Prompt response
My furnace went out, so after troubleshooting. I realized I needed an inducer motor. I looked up supply houses and called Jenin. They had what I needed and even went a step further to ask for photos so they can confirm the match. Anything you need from them they are on it. Thank you again, my house is finally warming up.
I had given them 5 stars when they first installed my furnace 3 yrs ago, but just recently I needed them to come out for a repair and could not get any service. I called them multiple times over 2 days. The first time I was told they would check if they could schedule me in and call back, after 3 hours I contacted them and the same staff member didn't remember that I called at all, which I then had to explain everything again.
