I had given them 5 stars when they first installed my furnace 3 yrs ago, but just recently I needed them to come out for a repair and could not get any service. I called them multiple times over 2 days. The first time I was told they would check if they could schedule me in and call back, after 3 hours I contacted them and the same staff member didn't remember that I called at all, which I then had to explain everything again. I had a great experience with this heating company. My heat stopped working, and they came out quickly and fixed the problem right away. The technician was professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. My home is warm again, and I’m very thankful for their fast and reliable service. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs heating repairs!
