If there is an option to give NO STAR i would do it. The First time visit, I waited 30 mins to get in, doable, 2nd visit I waited 1h 15min, I spoke to the receptionist, she claimed I can come early so, by then I can be taken in on my desired time, My appointment was 12:30pm, its been 1:29pm, I am still waiting. they book too much patient, made patient wait, no quality service, by the way, I had my 2 front teeth filling, I am very disappointed how it has been done, slant! Schedule a appointment and show up 2 minutes late and you are stuck there 2 hours of waiting even though you had a appointment, they most definitely cancel your appointment without your approval What are appointments for if you still have to wait an hour+

For a first time scheduled “patient” asking you by the owner to look at their internet connection and then treating you like nothing, then letting you wait for an hour after injecting an anesthesia, then inject you again for another dosage is obviously a malpractice. It happened again for the second time around. I waited for 20 minutes and never thought about waiting again for another hour being fooled by the same treatment again. Once is enough! Dr. Jennifer Labrador has been my dentist since 2002 and I am very please of her very caring, good hearted and kindness with excellent service and treatments as well as her staffs always accommodate my appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. J Labrador she’s the best and my dentist ever since.
