Terrible experience recently. Drove 2 hours to this place and the customer service was insane . I called prior to coming because I knew I wasn’t going to arrive until 6pm… Upon arrival , I went in and was seated and was asked by one of the ladies about what I was getting which was previously stated on my way there. I REALLY wanted to love this place when I saw all the great reviews and they were 24/7 and closer to my home than the major 24/7 braid shop in the area I normally go to. I also started following them on TikTok and loved the perceived vibe. We went on a Thursday. We arrived shortly before 5, my daughter 16 wanted just the front of her hair braided like Fulani braids.
