Love this gym, the staff and the broad range of classes they offer- early a.m and night time classes are especially appreciated! I really enjoyed the parent and baby classes when I was on maternity leave and now I am taking advantage of the spin, hiit and kickboxing classes that are available! I also appreciate the different memberships available- punch passes, monthly and yearly. Would recommend to anyone!
The best gym in Kingston if you’re looking for group fitness classes! Such a variety of classes and lovely instructors. Classes at different times of the day to accommodate all schedules. Jenny, the owner, is the absolute best - so warm, caring and knowledgeable!
