I had a great experience with Jenesis Roofing. They were prompt with the estimate, their pricing was fair, and the team completed the full roof replacement promptly. The cleanup was thorough, and I'd highly recommend them.
I used Jennisis roofing for a roof 2019. I was told I was getting impact resistant class 4 shingles. Just had to replace the roof and discovered the shingles were not in fact class 4 they were class three that look similar. Same manufacturer four different grades of shingles. I contacted Mr. Coudray about my issue. Instead of trying to resolve this issue he insisted that I received what was requested. Owen Corning makes four grades of shingles and Classes. JP was super responsive from the moment I contacted him. He was very honest with me up front and worked extremely quickly to get out to the house and back to give me a quote. I had a client who was getting several bids and JP had the most competitive price. He was very hardworking, diligent, and communicative with me during this time.
