Based on the reviews I was really excited to have my Russian manicure done here. Unfortunately I was stood up and my time not respected. I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. I even received an email the day before reminding me about the appointment. I arrived for my 1:30 appt at 1:20 and found the place dark and locked up. The woman downstairs in the thrift store told me that she was just there and must have stepped out for lunch. Jen has mastered the art and technology of hair color. My mother and I had the privilege of her skills. We both received excellent attention to detail regarding our color expectations. Jen is a 10 out of 10. She does phenomenal work, truly a talented and gifted woman. She was welcoming and sweet the moment I stepped in her salon. She did a color correction for me because I did an at home bleach experiment with my hair that left me with a brassy mess. I brought pictures in, showed her the look I was going for, and how I was concerned of damage. Jen focused on the integrity of my hair while also giving me exactly what I wanted.
