Why have an option on your phone line for new patient appointments (option #1) if you are not accepting new patients?! Please update your phone system so others don't have to be put on hold for 10 minutes only to be turned away.
Dr. Bramel has always been great with my kids and I. He truly cares about his patients AND their parents. Always willing and able to explain things in a way that we can understand. I love how he takes time to talk with my kids to involve them and prepare them for one day taking care of their own health needs. Dr. Bramel has been our pediatrician for a very long time and I wouldn't change it for anything.
