After getting things right with the billing I finally was able to see Dr.V and let’s just say her bedside manner is amazing, she seems caring and doing what’s best for the patient. Also, her medical assistant I believe her name was Helen (she was a red head I believe she told me she’s either been with Baylor or MA for 10yrs) was also great made me feel welcome and not a bother when I asked questions, from the front desk to the office visit to the lab and checkout everything was top tier and I thank you
Established a new patient appointment with Dr.Jency today!!! It’s been a min since I’ve had an actual PCP…I am beyond grateful that I found her and I lucked up getting a new patient appt months sooner than expected ! Thank you so much and keep doing what you do! Love the office itself as well and the other staff from the front desk to the lab and as well as her medical assistant ! Thank you again !
Dr. Vathikulum is an excellent primary care physician. She is very responsive and always makes sure that orders and referrals are taken care of quickly. She communicates thoroughly, keeps me informed, and ensures I stay on top of my health. I really appreciate her attentiveness and the way she makes sure everything is running smoothly for my care.
I’ve been a patient at Baylor for over 20+ years, all my life and I’m incredibly disappointed with how I’m being treated by this particular doctor office . After my asthma attack a month ago, I have a ER balance of 500.00, but I’ve always paid what I owe. What’s really frustrating is this office is refusing to see me as a new patient because of this balance that I’m paying monthly payments on.
