It has been months since I originally went in for a brace. I am not informed when Jenco does not receive the paperwork from my doctor. I don’t know how aggressively Jenco has tried to reach out. The office does not seem to be well or adequately staffed. I can not recommend Jenco.
Unfortunately, I had to go to a different prosthesis because of my insurance. My first prosthetic, Patrick made for me, he was fantastic and took care of all my needs and would squeeze me in for adjustments or any concerns. As I was a new amputee. Would recommend them to anyone.
Great customer service. Made me feel like they truly cared about me and my recovery from a fatal MVA. Thank you.
