I visited today to pick up something that was to be at the front desk had to wait for one hour and a half before going it, I'm to the point of leaving them so messed up and the person on the door today was so disrepectful and rue a young girl on her phone
I have had the worst experience ever with Gen Care Portsmouth, My doctor I had frist was excellent she left and they assign a new doctor and it's been HELL ever since they didn't return my COVID care and lied about it. I have called so many times with no results. My name is Virginia Snowden at this point I HATE Gen Care
