I've seen Jenah for over a year. She is a great listener and I feel very comfortable when talking to her. We have used different exercises in our sessions and she has adapted them to my needs. Her office hours fit my schedule and she has been flexible when I needed to change. Her adaptive approach to my journey has led to great results.

As someone that’s struggled most of my life with mental illness, I always avoided therapy.
