I must say I was very impressed. I have not had a great experiences in the past with Kaiser, but Dr. Reichelt has definitely caught my attention. She was so supportive, praised me for the changes I've made in the last year that have better my health as well as giving me great advice and thoroughly explained choices I could make. I'm very thrilled to have her as my primary care physician.
Dr Reichelt (Dr.Jena) is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, she honestly listens to her patients and values their input, her professionalism is outstanding and I know she’s doing what is best for me.
Dr. Reichelt has always been so kind and listens to me. She also treats me as an individual, and respects my sometimes alternative opinions. I always feel supported and cared for with her.
The staff are always professional and caring.
Dr. Reichelt is great! She's knowledgeable, she puts patients at ease with her great manner, and she's easy to communicate with. I'm a big fan!!
