Jena is always willing to help me work through the issues I bring to our sessions, as well as come up with action plans that are realistic. I love the time we spend together, and always feel great after a session.
Jena is excellent and really listens. I had other counselor in the past that didn’t listen to my needs like she has. I have recommended her to my friends. Best counselor I have ever had.
