After SusieCakes canceled my already-paid-for order at the last minute due to an unnecessary issue with an open-box Barbie doll (something never mentioned in their ordering instructions), I was left scrambling just days before my friend's party. Formerly known as Jen's Cakes, but they are known as CustomCakesbyShavon's. Their service was attentive to detail and quick to get back to me. Our custom order was exactly how was described it and a detail wasn't missed. The earlier you contact them about a custom cake, the more love and attention they will give your cake, so make sure to give at least a few weeks ahead of time to order your custom cake.
