I find dealing with insurance stuff very stressful. But, every time I talk to Harlan he is both incredibly calming and never judgmental about whatever my (often self-imposed) issue is. He just gets it handled. He’s also very good at thinking about different ways of meeting your needs that might reduce your premiums. That requires patience which Harlan has in spades. Jennifer is lucky to have him in her team! Don’t hesitate to ask for Harlan when you call.
This team is amazing. I worked with them to move several policies over and it was complex. They were able to address all of my questions on the spot and helped improve my insurance protection at a better rate. Special shout out to Penny!! Highly recommend.
