THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Jen and her team are excellent at following up to sell you insurance. After they have your money, it's a mess. I signed up for 3 policies (Home, (2) vehicle). I was told a home inspection "might" be coming, but it was nothing to worry about. Well, the roof did not pass their inspection and the homeowners policy was cancelled. Thoroughly messed up on the auto coverage on our $60,000 Volvo. Did not include comprehensive and collision coverage on it but not on our 25 year old ford truck. Would not acknowledge their mistake. We changed agents. Good riddance.
