I have one child and all the information about her was wrong on my forms. Claimed I gave them the wrong year of my own child's birth, never showed me the proof also said my child is disabled when she's not and I definitely didn't write that on my cover sheet so who is to blame for that mistake too? Hmm. I will NOT be back. Was told there were no more appointments so i would have to drop off my information with a cover sheet. I dropped off my information and was told my taxes will be done on April 10. I called on the 12th and was told Jen must be working on them because they weren't at the front desk. I made a couple calls and kept getting the same answer stating she is working on them now.
