I am so happy to be Jen's patient. After 17 months of daily pain following a total knee replacement, during which I had physical therapy and a prescribed home exercise program, I had lost hope of ever achieving a full recovery. Sent a message requesting an appointment following an auto accident. The process was delayed to inform me that she is not accepting new clients. If it is, in fact a lack of availability, noting this on the website, Facebook page or an auto response email would be helpful and demonstrate that this is not a matter of denial of service to an individual. I have a very limited time in Olympia, knowing I needed to seek another provider in a timely manner was essential.
Jen offers outstanding service. She is extremely professional and skilled at therapeutic, healing and wellness massage. I believe that seeing her regularly has helped me significantly and has prevented muscle issues and aches from becoming more serious or debilitating. She always asks about what needs most attention ahead of time and is attentive to my individual preferences. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
