It is unfortunate for me to have to write this as I had a fairly unpleasant experience with Jen. I booked two shoots with her one a family shoot and the other an extended family shoot. The first shoot I had with her she never sent me a follow up email that you get from a business to remind you of your booked service with details on how to best prepare. Jen does such an amazing job! We’ve been using her for our outdoor family photos since 2019. We bring our dog and our two small children with us, so we’re a true handful and Jen always finds the perfect shot of all 5 of us. She is patient, kind and fun, making the kids laugh and capturing beautiful memories for us to cherish forever. Jen photographed our wedding at the Joseph Ambler Inn and we couldn’t be more pleased! She worked with us ahead of time to plan our timeline as well as must have shots. On the day of she arrived on time and dove right in on capturing all the moments. She was easy to work with and kept things on schedule. Jen is so fantastic. She's been taking our professional photos since 2019 and has always done such a beautiful job. For our outdoor sessions, we've brought our two small children and our dog and she is always accommodating and patient with us and always makes sure we get every shot possible. She also did our newborn session for our youngest son and spent 2 hours capturing memories we will hold forever.
