Can't recommend Dave & Jen enough! They were extremely responsive and always made a point to front run any potential issues with us so we were never surprised. Our purchase had a lot of random twists and turns and Dave went above and beyond what I typically expect in these types of situations including calling me to provide updates on nights and weekends! Would use them again in a heartbeat!
