Jen and her team are experts in their field, both in their knowledge of jewelry, and in customer service. I bought a beautiful necklace from Jen and dumbly took it to a different jeweler that was closer to my house to shorten the chain. The second jeweler broke the necklace, so I called Jen for advice. Would love to know who is behind these fake profiles posting 1 star reviews. Jen herself is awesome, tries to accommodate customers as best as possible. Her products are great, she has the best prices out there. Honestly one of the most wholesome jewelry brands.
