The best experience!! I called the store as I was needed help with expedited shipping for my order - and spoke with Jen herself! Not only was she an absolutely hilarious delight to talk to, she sorted out shipping and I received my package two days sooner than I even needed it. I LOVE all the pieces that I ordered (three pairs of diamond earrings and a lovely heart pearl necklace)!
