Jen and her team are experts in their field, both in their knowledge of jewelry, and in customer service. I bought a beautiful necklace from Jen and dumbly took it to a different jeweler that was closer to my house to shorten the chain. The second jeweler broke the necklace, so I called Jen for advice.
