Dr. Pan is exactly the doctor I’ve been looking for. He was patient, answered all my questions, and is EXTREMELY thorough. He talked with me about all of my options and explained every test he wanted to order for me. His kindness and slower pace was very welcomed as he took his time in our appointment to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and my questions answered. Highly recommended for people seeking answers and help with stomach issues.
If you have a history of marijuana use, he will easily write off your symptoms as such and will not give you the time of day. Endoscopy/colonoscopy showed intestinal inflammation, he said” all looks good, see you in ten years” however, due to blood lab irregularities sent him to other doctors. After being sent on a wild goose chase of specialist doctors, immunologist who said he wasn’t the right doctor, hematologist oncologist who said he wasn’t the right doctor, and still no answers. I found Dr Pan to be thorough, efficient, and professional.
Maybe question why banner has you listed as a hepatologist, instead of canceling on patients the day before!! It's 4 to 6 months wait to see a hepatologist, for your office to call and cancel. Seriously disappointing.
Dr. Pan asked when my last colonoscopy was and I said I had just received the letter and it had been 5 yrs. So, he ordered another one for me. But, he called it diagnostic so now I have a $3k bill when it was 100% covered by insurance if it is preventative. By the way, his assistant called to tell me I am good for another 10 years. Someone told me that they make more $ for a diagnostic. What a nightmare for me to try and get this changed. Thanks (not) Dr. Pan!
