Didn’t return my call. I purchased a gift certificate and wanted to use it. Prior to booking I had questions and called 4 times over 10 days. I didn’t receive a call back so I guess I threw $119 away.

My wife purchased a massage for my birthday gift, it was scheduled for December 21st at 11am. The instructions emailed to her said that I could arrive 5 minutes prior in order to get ready. However, Jen never showed, the door was locked and nobody responded to many knocks. I called and left a message, then waited until 11:20am before leaving. My wife has called multiple times, and sent emails, none of which have received a response. She also hasn't refunded the $95 that my wife pre-paid for my massage, so we're left working ... read more
