I was pretty disappointed with my massage unfortunately. As soon as I got there I was told that if she got a video call from her son she would be taking it. As far as the massage goes I told her that certain spots hurt to massage and she massaged them anyway and it hurt really bad and I had to tell her to stop. I was definitely not relaxed after the massage and I was in pain. Also, the room was in a building with counselors and they were in the hallway talking loudly and it was very disturbing.
I made an appointment for my daughter who was experiencing stiffness and limited range of motion in her lower back from playing softball. Her symptoms started over a week ago with no relief from any treatments we had tried at home. Her back is 100% better after a 60 minute massage with Jen. Jen was able to work out all the muscle tension and the knot she had in her lower back. We are so appreciative!
